Planning approval for an unlisted heritage asset in the form of a barn. The client wanted to convert the dilapidated barn into a 2-bedroom property in order to let out as a holiday retreat. Working with conservation officers, we were able to develop our design to satisfy restrictions put in place and obtain planning approval for the property. Re-roofing, slight extensions and few additional openings were used in the design to make the building habitable while keep the barn as traditional and close to original as possible. ​
